Every hat is made to order. Please allow up to 21 days from the date of purchase for your order to be made and dispatched — this is the nature of the work, and we think it's worth the wait.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked services. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order is on its way; live updates are available at royalmail.com.

We use recycled and recyclable packaging throughout. Nothing excessive, nothing unnecessary.
